A Little Thrill

Hi folks
ok first of all, Ive got to delay the contest and promotions I mentioned... theyre still coming, there are just some unanticipated bugs to work out.

Meanwhle, I had a little thrill the other day when a piece i had sculpted appeared in a DVD movie I had rented. The funny thing is that I kind of thought that might happen in that particular movie, but it happened in an unexpected way. The movie is "Dark Ride", the centerpiece of which is a carnival spook house ride, and I figured that some of my stuff would have been used on that set. well i watched the opening scenes and nope... oh well. But then, the very next scene is set in a college dorm room, and there, stuck on a blow up doll, was a devil's face plaque i sculpted!

This sort of thing happens from time to time. and its always a kick. So far Ive seen my pieces in "Night of the Demons 2", episodes of "The X Files", "Law and Order: Criminal Intent", "Dead Like Me" and some others. The most prominent one is in the movie "Baseketball", where a mask I sculpted ages ago gets a HUGE close up... the face literally fills the screen.

Like I said, its a little thrill and always fun when something like that happens...... Anyway folks, its back to work for me... Talk at 'cha soon
